Aesthetics is not separate from function
An attractive tooth that fractures at the first meal is not a success. Equally, a functional tooth that looks artificial does not meet the patient's need. I work with both questions at once: how it looks and how it works.
That means looking at teeth in the context of the face, the smile line, the gums and the bite, meaning the way teeth meet. The shape of a tooth is decided by that context, not by a standard template.

Treatment philosophy
- Diagnosis before treatment
- I do not propose anything before I understand the cause. A veneer that covers a bite problem without solving it will not last.
- Planning before execution
- The result is thought through from the end back: we start from the final shape, checked on a wax-up and a mock-up, and only then do we intervene.
- Conservation, when the indication allows
- Natural enamel is the best foundation for an adhesive restoration. I choose the least invasive option that solves the problem predictably.
- Long-term predictability
- What matters is how the work looks at the end of treatment and how it behaves years later. That is why follow-up and protection of the bite are part of the plan.
Documentation and teamwork
I document every case photographically, before, during and after treatment. Photographs are a working tool: they help me assess, plan and discuss with the patient and with colleagues.
Complex cases often involve several specialities: orthodontics, surgery, periodontics, implantology. The plan is built together, with a shared goal set from the start.
